Confusing, i love that it gets hawks but how does that improve anything for the existing game if your essentially contradicting the existing "American" versions of the F14? Simply putting a more direct reference (the F14b and d models were better aircraft irl) but you introduce a more capable (irl they had to mount a surface to air missle on it because America wouldnt sell them 54's) f14 model under a different nation? Im glad the Israeli is getting his spot but why does that have to surpass historical accuracy and common sense? The b model doesnt even get 120's or 9m's an theres no D so what gives?

A vehicle they kind of already have. And that's the problem. It is redundant in that tech tree. I have finished the US air ground, and I have both the Tomcats. It could have been given to USSR, or mind you even UK. I know why the US but gameplay wise this doesnt add anything to the US tree, whether or not its a great event vehicle.

USSR has already good MiG 29 and SU 27.
USSR has already gotten imbalanced Su25BM during event that wipe ground better than anyone else. Giving them TomCat only makes them stronger than other nations, because they will have all good jets with lower BR
