They're probably going to use it to collect data from players about their most wanted vehicles so they either offer them personal deals or use it for their sale tactics.

that is exactly what i was thinking, only my conclusion was different.
they want to see which vehicle people wishlist, so they do not put it on sale; that will force people to pay the full price.

Probably, or have a smaller discount, or do those completely trash tier personal offers to try and try to trick someone with a 30% discount on that vehicle despite there being 50% discounts later.

For instance if they see ppl wishlist 2S38 the most, they just put it on sale for 10% off rather the usual 50%.

Yeah, definitely something along those lines.. also don't think anyone actually asked for this, nor would they care to implement a feature they cannot monetize and they will never do anything to please the player, so 100% this is for them to gather data for their own profits.

Seriously, what does gaijin think of the selling point if one of us wanted to introduce someone to this game? The fun we never have? The endless grind?
