In ground you drop bombs on enemy and again team mates get too close
In naval you can run over the idiot who drives right across your bow when they had plenty of time to turn or reduce speed.
In air you have the idiots who kill you on the runway I think those are the ones you are pointing at
I think fully making them pay repair costs, giving us a good cut of their rewards (Aka the old world of warships approach) and not counting the game as a match for boosters would do the trick also.
and temp bans ofc so squads don't shoot each other down on purpose to get their 500% boosters to pay out 25 times in a row (Even if I would enjoy that tbh)
Alternatively they could just remove FF for air RB, but people don't want that either.
stupidity should not be bannable, it would both greatly reduce the player population and remove a lot of comedy
"Definitely not a problem even though <5% of teamkills are accidental. We don't care about the playerbase and it would take effort."
Personally, I wish they'd let us respawn in air rb, I can take care of my own teamkiller.
prior to that it worked perfectly fine with teams often ganging up on team killers, my squadron in particular would go to great lengths to spawn kill them out of the match until the repeat offenders learned they couldn’t win against all of us
Turning friendly fire off is never desirable and should only be done as a matter of last resort
I guess it is a good thing FF is off in naval. I would certainly sink my own teams bots but worse then that if FF was off they would sink most of our team in the spawn when they fire all their torpedoes willy nilly at nothing. Many battle begin with me being shot from all directions by these things.
But this will never happen, the snail does everything for the Chinese, so that they enjoy playing, so that they donate more, so that those who are worried about cheaters will buy premium sets....
No, they didn't. They did it because of the War in Donbass was causing russian players to TK anyone bearing a ukranian flag at epidemic tier levels. Incidentally this is also why flags were taken away from players and made 500 GE each.
I'd expand upon this:
-4x repair cost.
-If an event is active, their score immediately stops counting for their progress, and all victim(s) are instead given anything they get, divvied up, at the end of the match.
-Squad TKs do not incur either penalty, but also do not prevent booster usage.
Punishments need to be punitive. Someone getting the odd missile TK shouldn't care in the long run about lost SL. Someone who routinely shoots others down should be made to care. It's especially problematic during events, where your time is wasted while they get off scot free. That singularly needs to be taken out back and quietly given two to the head.
Removal of FF would be ideal during events, though. This would nip the problem of people who think a map ping entitles them to a base TKing you if you fly a smarter flight path than them, right in the bud. Either learn how to fly properly or switch to the next base over that literally nobody is going towards. (It's astounding to watch wyvern drivers especially just nosedive at the start, and then act surprised when you pull ahead of them on long maps by not bleeding altitude so you can maintain higher speeds for longer. Basic physics is lost on these children.)
Do you know why the Chinese cheat the most? It's an income for their totalitarian government. The CHICOM government uses their people to run up accounts in FTP games and then they sell those accounts to Western country players that are to lazy to work up an account on their own. Part of that money goes to the CCP for stuff like RL weapons and weapon research. The chinese running these accounts make a modest income. The more you know.
