Also you don't have to land, just roll over the airfield, with a P-51 or Fw-190 you can do that with over 400 km/h.
Of course, even with that speed you are still vulnerable (can't exactly turn or manoeuvre) which is why you wait for most of the enemy to be either elsewhere or distracted. If you can't manage the high speed touch-and-go capture, then just provide cover for the teammates who can. Maybe practice a bit in the test flight.
And as Spaddobird suggested, if you don't want Domination maps then just play Realistic Battle. While there are objectives, a vast majority of them end when one team runs out of planes. Just be mindful that the only way to resupply on ammo and ordinance in RB is to land at an airfield (the same one you take off from at the beginning of the round).
Even in arcade, how you approach the target and where those bullets hit specifically count for far more than anything else. And an aimbot would probably only aim centre-mass, which is the worst place to aim for a plane unless there's a good chance you'll ventilate the cockpit or are shooting at a bomber and need to kill some of his gunners.
And even with mouse flight, I'm still routinely using A and D to control my roll manually because I might need to turn faster than the Instructor thinks I need to. And pulling a half-loop practically requires that I use Page Down to raise my elevators, I just cannot pull that manoeuvre off with just the mouse.
