Sounds like the average day playing as a german.

I shot a german tank on the track and got an ammo rack XD

So, a tank getting its historical reverse speed is called "broken"

Could you please explain me ?
I have some issues to understand your logic
Could be worse - the Tiger I's got two reverse gears and, if you're reversing uphill at just the right angle and have the game handle the gear-shifting for you, it'll constantly switch between R1 and R2 gears so you'll only be backing up at about 0.5kph.

Eventhough it's a mere 1km/h less it still is not historical.
EDIT
Plus, there are other specifications wrong with the panther.

And why is the I185 still in the game?

I have to agree. Either go full realism or not, and if doing the latter, don't use historical stuff as an excuse.

Still, y'all have to calm down and hope that some things will be subject to further balancing in the future. Plus, I think the Tiger I is much worse off than the Panther, with which I actually have moderate success ingame.

why is the I185 still in? why is the horten being added then? they were both prototypes.

The difference?

I-185 never flew successfully, killed pilots, had three engines which all failed

The H.IX V2 was built and SUCCESSFULLY flew with the twin Junkers Jumo 004B engines.
The Horton 229 V3 was just slightly modified from that yet it was working and in flying condition, yet shortly after captured by allies.

And it's not like the Horten is going to make a difference.

Nope. The Ho 229 V3 was nearly completed, but was captured before production was finished.

The only "version" to fly was a Northrop-Grumman reproduction in 2007/8 (IIRC). As far as I know the prototype (H.IX V1/2) and the reproduction were unarmed (the reproduction was made to test the claims of "stealth" technology, turn's out that, beyond the native advantage a flying wing gives with it's low profile, the chain home radar would still have detected it at a range that was ~20% less than a bf 109).
confirmed ....saw it a month ago in a documentation film .

and to the ammo racks ....store less ammo ....

i only use like 1/3 of my max ammo cap. and i rarely get racked.

also yes it is possible for a shell to ricochet and penetrate through your tracks as much as its possible for it to hit the commanders hatch and create lethal fragmentation or even ricochet off into the tank.
rare but possible.

anyways, Back to OP's point. How the hell are you driving your panzer V? I drive mine like I have a death wish and have only been ammo racked once (out of the 20 or so deaths I have in it right now).

The panther had a very very very very bad transmission
