Roots of my troubles - i register my Gaijin account just by email and now i cant connect my steam account to it

GE will be about 30% more expensive if you buy them through Steam instead of through Gaijin.

No, because the exchange rate is terrible. They charge 1.43 USD for 1 GJC (if you're using steam wallet). If you still want to buy it:
1.Launch war thunder through the steam client,this only works through the steam in-game browser as far as I'm aware.
2.Once you're in the hangar hover your mouse over "shop" (top right of your screen)
3.Click marketplace and log in
4.Click golden GJC icon (next to your username on the top right)
5.Click replenish balance

30% as i understand its steam / gaben tax
but for "dlc" prices for my region is same as in their site
