Is anyone elses custom cars no longer working with the latest update?

All you should have to do is re-run the centrifuge installer.

Cali is correct, all centrifuge mods should re-install when you re-run the centrifuge installer.

If you used the old modloader, Spectrum, then it is no longer supported, you can't even download it anymore, and you have to use Centrifuge.

Centrifuge is also no longer supported, but it's still able to be downloaded, so users should still use Centrifuge for the time being. The modding community is currently working on porting mods to BepInEx instead, so that will likely be what will be used instead of Centrifuge in the future, but this process is just now getting started.

How do I install Centrifuge properly? I've followed the video tutorial about how from YouTube, but it's text on it is so small I dunno what I'm supposed to be doing.

This one by Opus is the one I was referring to. the text size on the video was so small, I seriously cannot read what I should be doing with the Centrifuge Installer. Not only that, on my end the Centrifuge installer, no matter what I try with it, seems to basically other than create files in Distance, does nothing but remove one file from Distance that allows the game to run. The text should be legible if you manually set the quality to 1080p using the gear wheel in the lower right hand corner of the video player. Additionally, there are step by step text instructions in the video description.

You will also have to perform the tutorial steps from the beginning, since you are moving from Spectrum to Centrifuge.

I did everything like the guy in the tutorial said, and literally every time I start Distance after having done the installation, Distance goes to infinite black screen because Distance lost a file for itself during the installation. So a do the verifying of the game cache, and it comes up fine, but literally just like if nothing was installed. And when I checked the Centrifuge folder, it has no game support file in it.

On my end, the installer is literally being, useless.

I would recommend deleting the entire Distance folder and re-downloading the game & the mod and starting from scratch. I can almost guarantee that there is one step that is being performed ever so slightly incorrectly, or a wrong mod version being used, or something of that nature. That's about all the guidance I can give.
