About Nitronic Rush
I may have made a similar thread about this but I want to ask if the precursor of this game would be offered as a free DLC to everyone who bought Distance when it was in Early Access?

I enjoy distance very much but I kinda miss the 80's look and feel of Nitro Rush.

Or even maybe as a "nostalgia pack" which is the "adventure mode" of NR but in the Distance engine.

Anyway good luck for the devlopment of this game and I am still looking forward like when I saw it the first time a year ago!

The devs don't own the rights to any part of NR - Digipen, their University at the time, does. This means they can't provide it on any other storefronts, or sell it. They also can't take any assets from it and use them in a commercial product (like Distance).

Also, "Defender" isn't the name of any of the vehicles in NR - Interceptor, Avenger, Commander, Goldenceptor, Knight Cycle, and Intimidator are all the vehicle names.

You may want to look into Plasmawario's workshop levels, he uses a very Nitronic style in many of his maps:

i have NR installed too, gotta say save some minor physics both games handle pretty well, also i liked better the NR Defender, it did look more aereodynamic than Distance's car

I've just replayed the game once since a year or two as well!

The Defender should came as a bonus vehicle for the nostalgia but it's up to the devs
