Unable to connect to Relic servers Error code: -4

Hi,
I'm having an issue with running CoH2 recently, which I haven't found anything similar so far.
After startup I receive the error message:
"Unable to connect to Relic servers. Automatch modes will be unavailable and match rewards can not be granted. (ext:r=1, ee=-4, ex=2147483647)"
And directly afterwards
"The Relic servers are currently unavailable. Please try again later. [Error code -4]"
This even occured while sitting in an LAN environment with my friends, where everyone else could connect to it as usual.
Of course I tried to fix it by disabling firewall, antivirus and cloud syncs.
Reinstalled the game, removed temporary files, set back network settings, tried port forwards, so I'm pretty sure it's nothing regarding software or network.
Even more suprising is the fact, that I am receiving the same error now on a different computer with a different internet connection.
So it feels like my account is not longer working correctly, dont know how that can be possible. Feels like I have been sort of banned, even though I wouldn't even know how that is possible.
I'm only used to play with friends and never joined any matchmaking games or played with other people I don't know, so even that would not make any sense.

Can anyone give me insight on that one?

Things you did are what i did to narrow down what went wrong. Guess what , I use my friends account on the same PC and COH2 runs well with Relic server connection!
This led to one conclusion - my account is no longer working!!!
I called for help from customer service via Relic website , and the representative suggest i find my way to help myself via technical forum so here i am.

It should be many people has this problem , i am looking for Relic to look into this ....

I am so wondering why Relic server block my login - It is totally the server side problem:

From "warnings.log" under C:\Users\user\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes 2

which indicates the following error : ( which shows the AET_LOGIN fail )

I still have no solution for that problem.
Actually it is absolutely certain, that the problem is just my own account.
I can log into the game with a different account on the same machine - thats really a big joke.
