Whats wrong with Valkyria skin pack?

My friend bought Valkyria chronicles pack for OKW but we dont see them during multiplayer on vehicles or in host hub.

Any reply!? That problem is still their, cmon Relic, you took the money from people for custom skins, now you must fix it.
