Sounds like your Steam client has damaged the game. I would follow the instructions in the first post of this thread. It explains how to contact support via email ^^^
My specs:
Linux Mint 17.3
i5 2500
16 gig ram
Radeon R9 390
CoH2 - The Western Front Armies (Double Pack) -> This is a Multiplayer stand-alone version of the game that does not include the single player campaign mode.
The Steam page of the two armies in the double pack states "Does not require the base game Company of Heroes 2 to play. This package allows standalone multiplayer access."
I am not sure about the 9 hours issue but I hope that explains why the single player campaign isn't available as the game you bought does not include that feature. If you still would like a refund I would contact Steam if you have any issues please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
We have seen some players have been reporting this issue and it should be fixed in the next update.
I have just intalled CoH2 on a iMac (late 2012) OSX El Capitan 2.7GHz i5, 8GB RAM, FT 640M. My machine should support the game. But I have a lot of crashes, pratically I can not play the first mission.
I already send the error to the support, but no response yet.
Anyone ask back the money?
kind regars
If you want to request a refund instead of support then you can request a refund direct from Steam if you bought the game from them. Else you need to contact the store you bought the game from.
It sounds like the issue is a bug Apple introduced with the latest OS update with the Nvidia drivers. The Nvidia web drivers are unaffected and we are looking into an update that works around the bug. Our support will be able to tell you more.
Relic hasn't really helped out with this. Hopefully it will be addressed in the newest update?
You need to uninstall the mods that are causing the crash, if you have trouble you can contact support using the information in the pre game launcher.
I would contact support. Save game syncing is fully supported and should not be the reason for the crashes unless you have installed mods that have issues. Feral support can definitely investigate if you email us.
