Entry Point not found

I still have not been able to start this game. Trying gto start it from the folder itself, I get a prompt saying CreateDXGIFactory1 could not be located. Anyone have any idea what that means?

Sometimes the game doesnt start at all, other times it seems like its about to, then stops. Sometimes, it says it cant sync with steam cloud.

Any ideas?

What other video software do you have installed? Teamviewer?

I dont know about this specific error but in my experience that means a DLL cant be found and needs to be registered. Quick way to do that is a reinstall if not then regsvr32 in run with the path to the DLL cut in paste like so regsvr32 "C\windows\blah\blah.dll"
