In COH2, german bazookas NEVER miss. And they ALWAYS penetrate every armor, no matter how thick.
But of course, with bazookas, they are much more effective against vehicles. Light vehicles and lights tanks. ... Against T-34, SU-85 etc. they can be used, but better you two units (both upgraded) or one upgraded unit complemented with AT gun, panzershreck disabling the engine from regular grenadiers, damage to enemy tank from a mine etc. ...
Anywho, it's not particularly effective against infantry so that would be the suitable counter to it. Although it does how the random chance factor of killing several infantry with one shot. I noticed that when I had a few engineers repairing a Soviet tank only to have them blown to beef stew by a panzerschrek.
It is named panzershrek
And it MISSES, but with probability of 0,00000000000000000000000000001% xD
Doesn't matter, one unguided weapon and another unguided weapon act like "seeker missile".
