I dont have german's Battle Phase 3 in Theatre of War
I dont have german Battle Phase 3 in Theatre of War. Is it like really that or something's wrong with my game? I have Battle Phase 3 in custom battles.

Battle Phase 3 stuff is all stuff after 1943 or so, no? And because ToW are 41-42 it wouldn't really work.

In Battle Phase 3, the german can produce Brummbear, Panther and Panzerwerfer 42, which did not exist in the year 1942 or 1941
