Where's The World Builder?

Is the world builder accessed through COH2? Or is there a different folder that downloads to your PC that you need to open outside of the game?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes 2\WorldBuilder_CoH_2

was the builder in patch or dlc?

It works when you save it at :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes 2\CoH2\Data\Scenarios

Look for tab called Object placement its left side half way along. then choose EPS
