Does not work. New update apparently makes the game unplayable and unlaunchable if you have the population camp mod installed. Any other ideas?

GO play COH 1 blitzkrieg mod higher resolution more soliders & tanks bigger population & maps and far more realistic

This workshop map uses dynamic pop cap based on how many players are in the match (2v2, 3v3, 4v4):
