What is everyone's opinion about what the best Soviet commander is?

I like using Lend-lease tactics one. For Dshk, shermans and repairing conscripts.
And the soviet reserve commander. For ppsh, partisans and stuff.

most soviet and usf unit broken. soviet - after f* nerf patching every time. all know about shreks spam and another germans op units. so before 120 mm martat be nice. isu be nice/ shooks be nive but now its garbage

im usually a german player, but im gonna try the soviets and got to like the, im not sure if the name is correct, ¿advanced warfare tactics?

It has radio interception, ppsh and repairs for conscripts, il2 run and t34/85.

Its a good option for online or must i stick for shocks/is2?

I has never lost against the computer with the one i say even in expert, but i know online its another world.

This is something i wanted to ask some time ago and i have found the right timing to do it xD

I like the Anti-Tank tactiques commander a lot because when you face Germans you better go for Anti-Tank weapons.

I know this discussion is ages old but I still like to comment on this.

I think it depends on yourself. How do you play the game and what tactics do you use. This will decide which commander becomes dear to you. My favorite soviet commanders are the Lend and lease tactics and the city defense tactics. Lend and lease because it's an alrounder. Heavy machine gun in early game, gards with halftrack in mid game and sherman 76mm in late game. Plus supply drop and repair for conscripts.

The city defense tactics is good but not always usefull. It gives you a very powerful early and mid game with the outpost you can build on the frontline but it lets you down in late game because there is nothing to fight with against heavy german armor. Late game is providing you a challange or something to compensate for your teammates. And as the name suggests it will let you down on non urban maps. Nevertheless I love this commander just because you can drive your enemies crazy with it. For ones I build an outpost dircetly in front of an enemybase to provide recon and then I destroyed enemy base buildings with SU85. I really enjoyed that. :)

Aside from that I rarly got happy with other commanders.
