No way to mute chat?

Is there really no way to mute in game chat? As it stands I'm forced to listen to idiots claim I'm useless (often while they get their face stomped to the curb).

For the record if we are teammates and I have to listen to your ♥♥♥♥, I'm leaving right away. You can then proceed to berate the AI.

Perfect example of somebody who was getting his face kicked in, then complains about his level 40 teammate who managed to secure half the map.

Everyone sucks at this game, at least, at the start. ♥♥♥♥ playing against the AI, play whatever mode you want, just watch and learn from your teammates and ignore the flowers.

dude you left the game before me. because you couldnt handle his p4, you built a scrappy light tank and didnt know how to use it.

i was against the OKW and killed his HQ truck before it was set up, i had the fuel covered.

PLAY THE AI FIRST THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO.

or do some custon matches against an ape with the same IQ as you
