OKW - Fuel income
Guys i noticed a have a lower income of fuel in my matches. Is that right? My friend had like +23 Fuel and i was at +15 (with that fuel income from the truck) if i remember right. OKW has a lower income than other factions? My friend played the other german faction, i don't remember the name.

Of course that's right. They should have a lower EVERYTHING. But unfortunately Relic seems to have forgotten that Manpower is the most valuable ressource.

They're supposed to have a lower income of fuel and munitions, its intentional. It's to represent the 1944 german dire supply situation.

Another interesting point that OKW is the most resource deprived faction, with access tio the biggest and best tanks... Lol.

Be glad you get as much as that in the alpha and when it was first released, back when it was more ballanced they had 33% income on both fuel and munitions, gone are the days where it was an actual challenge to play with them if you were careless with your vehicles.

I am going to recheck the changelogs.Last time I saw, it was still 100% munitions. (Might of been changed to 80%, I am not sure)


OKW Economy
The previous increase in munition rate for the OKW significantly increased their potency within 3v3 and 4v4 environments to a point where it became problematic. This compounded a number of issues which resulted in the faction significantly over performing relative to its counter parts. Until we are better able to identify and resolve those compounding factors, we are going to revert the munition change to a lower value.

Yep OKW doesnt need fuel its just NICE to have. Enough Shreks in there and enough Obers and hey look at that just steam rolled.

They need work....

They were so fun when they had less Muni and couldnt just spam Shreks and you needed to play smart and make interesting choices.

Can I wait for that Panther or should I go JP4? Or be more mobile and go Puma???

i have no idea how to handle the manpower of the OKW.should it be less like the other resources or just a higher upkeep?its just ridicoulus how OKW players have 1000+mp the whole match.

Because the things that counter high Vet infantry is armor...which...their infantry...counters....dotdotdot

Upkeep. Things that scale so incredibly well like Volks and Obers should drop your MP rate more significantly. Make them have to earn their vet to be worth that upkeep.

They can remain powerful, but having a lot of them needs to slow you down more drastically. No more free spamming.

Maybe have it so that as OKW units gain vet their upkeep increases, therefore slowing down calling in more units and also make reinforcing more costly with higher vet, might reduce the manpower surplace.

That wouldn't be right. Veterancy should remain a plus on top of what you usually get out of your unit, without a drawback (it's not a decision to vet up afterall, it's a reward).

Just make the initial upkeep higher, so that the efficiency vs upkeep gain isn't so laughably huge.
