How does the Opel Blitz cargo truck work?
After playing a while with the opel blitz cargo truck I still don't understand how it works. I just put it in a territory with resources and order a lock down? Or do I need to do something else?

That's it. It should increase your resource production in that sector.

It gives +3 fuel and +5 ammo in any locked downed sector (it must be yours).
