Company of Heroes 2 - US Forces m26 Pershing Missing
Good afternoon,
I am not sure if this issue has already been discussed and solved.
I recently bought Company of Heroes 2 - Multiplayer Bundle from Steam. I chose this bundle because it has all the factions of the game (Soviets, US Forces, Wehrmacht, Oberkommando West and British Forces). The game works fine and is amazing! The campaign of the base game is very compelling and funny to play! However, when I started playing some skirmish I noticed that British and US Forces do not have their specific heavy tanks like the Churchill Crocodile for British and M26 Pershing for US. In the case for British I could buy the additional DLC "COH 2 - British Commander: Special Weapons Regiment". The problem is that for US I haven't found the "Heavy Cavalry Company" DLC on Steam that unlocks the M26 Pershing. The other DLC for US do not seem to unlock it. Did I miss something?

Those are doctrinal tanks. That means that you need to pick a specific commander to be able to call them to the battlefield

Thank you @Sequere pecuniam for the kindess. In my game the available Commanders for US forces are Airborne Company, Armor Company, and Infrantry Company and none of them unlocks the M26 Pershing. The Commander that unlocks the M26 seems to be the Heavy Cavalry Company but on Steam I haven't found the specific DLC. Therefore, in my skirmish games US forces are unbalanced compared to the other factions.
Yes , I can understand how unfair it is at the start but it is how it is.
You can get it by buying for real money(which i dont recommend) , buying for suply(you get them by just finishing matches) or you can get it randomly when you finish the required amount of matches.
I dont play skirmishes at all , I play only multiplayer and trust me , that commander is not so good compared to others, maybe against AI opponents its good but anything can work against AI in my opinion.
There's an in-game shop where you can buy commanders if you don't live in country where it's not possible. You can also register in Relic site and receive 30000 currency with which you can buy 2 commanders but I gotta say Pershing is good, but there are some better commanders, for other factions too, so only buy him if you are sure

@Sequere pecuniam thank you for the answer and kindness.

Since you're from the EU you can just buy "All out war edition" on a keyshop It will give you every dlc + commanders ingame

It may be tough when you start to play as usa at mp matches at the start. Remember that game has asymmetrical balance and USA forces don't have strong sides as obvious as other factions do. Just keep playing and you'll get better with time. Your skill provides victories, not a faction u play
