Why call it "Osteer"?
I've seen some mods that dont call Wehrmact by its actual name, but the name "Osteer". Why is that?

Ost - East
Heer -Army
Ostheer = East Army

Ostheer is German for East Army. the army that fought the russians. OKW is Ober Kommando west or High Command West. Techincally Wehrmach just means Military. You can refer to The USF as the American Wehrmacht or UKF as the British wehrmacht

Actually it still does not make sense to call Wehrmacht 'Ostheer' because all of their units were also used on the Western Front. It also makes no sense to call Oberkommando West, the 'western' faction when their units were also used on the eastern front.
