Ardennes assault purchased but cant play

Purchased and all my DLC has ticks and says installed including ardennes assault, however when I launch campaing at the bottom it says purchase. If i cick on purchse steam opens up but it registers that I already own this product.

I have tried uninstalling and re installing but to no avail. Please tell me I am doing something stupid.

Have you bought company of heroes 2 or western front armies?

Company of Heroes 2 - The Western Front Armies or only OberKommando or USF (this is factions to multiplayer)... This game has many parts, the Base Game gives u Wehrmacht and Russia (what u can play on multi too) factions and a Campaing about Russia and Operation Barbarosa (Theater of War missions), then u can buy more 3 Theaters of war - Its Case Blue (German) , Victory at Stalingrad (Russian) , and Southern Fronts (German and Russian)

Then u have Company of Heroes 2 - The Western Front Armies what gives u 2 factions like i said Oberkommando and USF.... and if u want u can buy a Ardennes Assault Campaing (Standalone Campaing) or just buy this.... u can buy another commander to this campaing and that is Fox Company Rangers (this is a dlc for Campaing only).

And that its not all,if u want some variety for Multi u have all of this and more IN Game Store:

And they are preparing another faction to us, i know what faction is because i was in Alpha, but i cant tell what is. (NDA)
Many people don t understand and don t know what they buy... and when they discover they just say this is a p2w game...and its not, they simple gives u some variety, and u don t need all the content.

Thanks for responses. i bought a dlc for the ranger pack and not the Ardennes assault main game download thinking it was. my mistake probably a common error many have made.

I 100% have purchased ardennes assault proof of which can be seen when in the store it notifitys me that it is in my libary, also when in game trying to start the campaign inseat of start down the bottom is says purchase so clicking on that to try and purchase or see if it promts a re install just notifys me I own this product.

Thanks anyway. Shame becasue I brought a decent PC pretty much to be able to play this game as getting bored of console but then get you get this hassle. maybe Ill go play call of duty.

I would try it if it still had a playerbase. Nobody plays it any more. Actually I don't think it was such a good game, as a good game should retain the playerbase longer.

people having the same problem bought the basic gameas a gift (you need it to play ardennes assault), then install it.
