Do i need to download it all seperatly?

Hi. I was thinking of buying all the COH2 DLC, but i was wondering if i will have to keep multiple downloads- one for british etc? Or can i launch COH2 normal and choose british, for instance?

all DLC downloads tie into the base game, there are no seperations like old school expansions where you would have to lauch the version you want seperately.

Thanks for the quick reply! Could you tell me which DLCs add multiplayer content? I don't care much about the singelplayer ones
