Both offer the same garrison cover though.
Bunkers cost 150mp and 60muni upgrades (Medics, Reinforcements, MG42), and available at the start of the match as for the Wehr but requires a doctrine for the OKW.
Though Trenches are free, however they require a unlocked doctrine 2cp. (except for British which is always free).
In my conclusion, if I am given an option to build Trenches, I would build like 1-2 on a good position. But I tend to see myself building Bunkers for securing Territory and Reinforcement/Heals at the frontline.
