Remember the Air drop mines from coh 1? We need them.
tite says it all, but imagine this, you have no pioneers and you need a quick mine field in an area .BOOM plane comes in drops a minefield, voila minefield for defence. make it like 100 muni or something

Yea would be a nice ability in a commander, sorta like the S-mine field but ready whenever where ever.

its probably a gimick but i can see its uses, you just captured a fuel point or a vp and you need to defend it quickly, so you drop in a minefield. it wont get added, but its a cool thought

I always hated those.

You didn't need engineers or any kind of intelligence to use them. Just point and 'POOF', instant minefield.

the shermans should have mine clearers in this game, i dont even know why the only upgradeable thing is a mounted MG. Thats boring and only gives you one choice. Plus if you want to demine you can only use engies or rear echelons. if they just add more stuff from coh1 it will be a better game imo. The germans lack mobile artillery guns anyway, get rid of that flame panzer in the new commander and give him the hummel or some ♥♥♥♥

I sound like a axis fan boy when im quite the oposite, The USF have a field howitzer and a mobile artilliery piece (priest). The OKW have what you stated

However id rather have a hummel or wespe over the crappy walking stuka (its not crappy, but you know what i mean)
