is there coop campaign?

i want like a campaign for me and my friend to work together to finish, does this game has that? or is there like a mod campaign or something?

Kinda, there are callled Theater of war. Bascially a bunch of coop missions in Eastern part of WW2

There are some thearter of war missions that are co op for Wehr and Soviet but they cost more money as they are DLC.

There's a free Theatre of War that comes with the game, it has a couple co-op missions.

Bear in mind that Theatre of War has been abandoned for awhile and all the patches that have come out don't apply to the units in the ToW at all.

No it's in the base game and some dlc packs
