Crash on startup

COH2 crashes on startup and doesn't work.

Does anyone know a solution to this?

I do not understand why it opens with OneDrive. When I open OneDrive it doesn't have none of the COH2 files even in OneDrive.

This only started happening when I tried to install it on my new gaming PC. It would open on my last PC and it wasn't a gaming PC. It was an all in one PC.

you need to get rid of onedrive syncing your document folder, I spent ages dealing with onedrive issues with my users some years ago

I'm pretty sure OneDrive sync is turned off on all settings.

any updates on startup crashes? was working perfectly previously.
