Where is the replay folder on mac osx

Where is the replay folder located on a mac? I can watch saved replays in the game but i can't find them in finder, i don't get any results when i search for .rec files in finder or spotlight and when I google I only find the folder location for the PC version?

i cant access my save games when i copy paste the path on finder nothing happens

Okay. So, somehow I figured this out on my own before, but now I can't FOR THE LIFE of me determine how to locate the Playback folder for a friend who just downloaded the game.

It's NOT in the SteamApps folder despite what the sparse info says regarding this that can be found on the internet. For some @#*!! reason, they separated the folder path off into Documents somewhere but left no reasonable measure with which to locate the Playback folder. It certainly doesn't come up in any searches.

Can someone please shed some light on this for Mac? I'm on 10.14 and he's on 10.15.
