What the hell is up with the DLC!?
I mean, I look at the game's page and there's three DLCs in the DLC section, the Master Collection or whatever features like 8 DLCs, then after a random steam search I see all these micro-dlcs. What's the deal, is it so hard to just list all of them on the game's page?

Its worse then you see, The in game store has even more dlc thats locked away in the game in till you pay. Personally this is what stopped me from wanting to play this game.

Just buy this Master Col. You get all off coh2 only not the commanders+skins.

I was thinking about getting this, but no thanks, it's a shame really the game itself doesn't look half bad, just ruined by corporate marketing

Not see the problem, 14.- euro for a game i played 1800hour. And whit that i got almost all commanders alot skins bulletins unlocked for free.

Yeah get the master collection. Has all the factions you need to play online, which is where all the fun is. Humble store has it on sale for $15 but hurry and get it today...the sale ends today.

Get the master collection. This game IS NOT some kind of micro transaction-laden scam game built to sell dlc.

You cant see this the way your seeing it. I mean i guess you can. I cant tell you what to feel but i have to say your misguided here. You dont really need ALL the dlc.

You dont need or want mission packs, thats mostly single player stuff. Sure you can try to play it with an ally online but i dont think i know anyone that wants to.

Ardennes assault is just a campaign (and earnable comanders/bullitens). Mostly for those interested in singleplayer campain which lets be honest no one is interested in that either. This game is mostly for the skirmishes/online battles.



The only things you will want or need are the base game, US/OKW forces, British forces. Thats it.

All the little things like tank skins, comanders, face plates are not only earnable but really shoudlnt ever be all sold in one big mega pack and dont constitute "cut content". This is a solid game and all those things are earnable in game if you play long enough.

I hope when people see good games like this, that they dont freak out if they happen to see cosmetic items bieng sold to spice up the game a little as some kind of scam or feel entitled to want to own it all even though chances are they will only mabey use 3 of the 30 skins available.

Great game, dont feel discouraged there is no money milking dlc here. To top it off the pricing on the cosmetic stuff is very fair.

Well you could see it that way if you purchased the original Deluxe version that gave one the impression it came with all the DLC. Some tricky word play. Even if you re-read the original sales pitch a couple times it seemed as though you were going to get stiffed, but you couldn't be entirely shore, which usually means you likely won't be getting all the DLC for the extra $30 - $40 or so. You could think of it like perhaps you will helping to support some poor coder who has debts, or helping to buy drinks for another CEO who badly needs a drink to relieve the stress of considering how to spend his next bonus.

commander tends to not get much sale

better approach is using this page to get the most vital commander you want during sale

and just use the loot system to get some free commanders.

Some factions have better vanilla commander than dlc commander

SEGA demands that every single game have at least 100 DLCs. DOW3 is going to be sold as 1,000 seperate DLCS. It will be impossible to buy the full game as one purchase, only DLCS.

You can use ingame currency to unlock commanders, bulletins, skins etc. Factions and Campagnes are real money content. I haven't bought even a single commander with real cash, but own almost everyone. Literally missing one of each faction, Those who i don't play anyway

yeas you can of drop all commander for free.

most of dlc is of free only faciton of dlc and be missions not free





also commanders are of not pay2bewin
i use of free commanders most of time when play okw because they are best.


some of pay commanders are more of uselss then free one lol so dont of owrry that you will lose if oyu no buy commander becouse the free 3 comander you get are very good for all of faction.

also you can get of all dlc for free but it be take long time.
