PIAT useless?

the british AT gun, the PIAT has like
0 accuracy
and 10 dmg

120 damage on penetration(same as panzerschrek)
80 on deflect(same as bazookas pen damage)

Use attack ground instead of just telling the squad to fire, that way, if you calculated correctly, almost all projectiles will hit.

Except that PIAT isn't an AT gun.

The PIAT was an AT MORTAR. It should do damage to troops to make up for its lack of accuracy against tanks.

- Yea, PIAT is an AT mortar. If you play as an AT bazooka they become true horrible.
- I'd teach you to use 'em properly, but you're too busy feeling you are right and we are wrong :D

Thank you all for informing me that its a mobile mortar and not a AT gun

but it is still horrendous with auto attack, never hits with it

EDIT: my royal engineers/ riflemen with PIATs can't hit infantry,
can't hit tanks
can't hit the enemy base (im not kidding with this)
can't hit that giant ass house 2 feet away from them

- Direct mode : Used like a Bazooka
- Indirect mode : Used like a Mortar.
- Read on the weapon. It's spring-loaded, and as such is even worse than any other
AT (it doesn't really reload on the move, for starters).
- Hint : In indirect mode, it hits TOP armor (re: REAR) so it does massive dmg/crits.
- It's actually BETTER than other similar AT once you figure out the difference :)
- Try not moving and in cover, and OUT OF SIGHT - while another unit is in sight
and spots for it. Then the enemy will notice all those AT shells hitting him always
in 'rear' armor all the time and, hey, WTF *KABOOM*

* It's actually SPRING-loaded by FOOT. Think of a heavy crossbow. Can't do that
on the move. Huge ROF increase/accuracy when not moving. It's an ambush type
weapon.

* Other AT - Bazooka, Panzershrek, PAnzerfaust are rocket-driven.
- The Piat is SPRING-Driven.Boiing. And as such, it will have the WORSE
Characteristics of any AT... until you... stop... using... it... like... a... bazooka...

i always just had my riflemen pick up enemy panzerschrecks because i thought the PIAT was inaccurate as ♥♥♥♥

Completely different weapon type.
- Shrek : Load, aim, fire.
- PIAT : Crank the ♥♥♥♥♥♥, heavier, bulkier, that HEAVY SPRING, man

But... indirect fire... top armor... 100% always hit rear armor from all angles... ;)
with fast ROF... yaaaaaah
- Get 2x per squad :D
- Hint : +50% ROF/HIT when in green cover. Did you know Brit rifles get huge buff
in cover? Notice their SHIELD it has a KNIFE in it :D

I don't know i like these PIATs. You can fire up and over buildings to kill things not only tanks but also okw buildings and bunkers.
