Does CoH 2: Master Collection include everything?

So I've purchased CoH2 Master Collection that includes the following items: CoH 2 - The Western Front Armies: Oberkommando West, CoH 2 - The Western Front Armies: US Forces, Company of Heroes 2, Company of Heroes 2 - Ardennes Assault, Company of Heroes 2 - Case Blue Mission Pack, Company of Heroes 2 - Southern Fronts Mission Pack, Company of Heroes 2 - The British Forces, Company of Heroes 2 - Victory at Stalingrad Mission Pack.

However, after doing a quick research on the internet, I just realized that this pack doesn't include everything, does it? There are plenty of dlcs like commanders, skins, etc which are not included in this pack. Did I purchase the right pack? I mean, is it supposed that this pack does not include all those skins and commanders? Is it worthwhile to buy them separately? I just want to have everything regarding this game.

The commanders, skins and other small stuff like that are obtained through playing or through paying in the ingame shop

i think its just content, the whole single player content and entry level multiplayer stuff, i think they used to give a premium skin unl;ess it was another collection. but commanders you can play for (if you not a win the easiest way possible addict)

What's also sadly missing is Fox Company for the Ardennes singleplaye campaign.
