Cannot reinforce from battlegroup hq as Oberkommando west
As the title says, I cannot reinforce from battlegroup hq as Oberkommando west. I have completely reinstalled my game, am not running any tuning packs, I have connected territory, and can reinforce from other allies structures and vehicles, but not the battlegroup HQ.

Wowie uh, thanks I suppose. I guess at some point I had the literal biggest brain fart in the history of brain farts, and completely forgot you need that upgrade to reinforce for over a year. That's hella embarrassing.

before you didn't need to upgrade it, probably you came back from a long time break.
