So yes, I guess.
Looks like Luftwaffe officer is better in early/mid game, while artillery can potentially be more useful for late, once you get one or two Panzerwerfers to shoot twice with them.
In my opinion, they should add Luft officer to the Close support Doctrine.
Wehr Ostheer should be a faction that has a heavy focus on officers. To add them in doctrines is a win for me.
And Assault Officer is the Assault Grenadier: Utility Edition™
