If you are sure about your own PC/Laptop and you think it's a mistake (No thread is in your PC\Laptop) and It's not infected by anything, follow below steps:

1.Open Windows Defender Security Center.

2. Select Virus & threat protection > Virus & threat protection settings > Add or remove exclusions.

3.Under Add an exclusion, select folder of the Company of Heroes 2 and click OK.

For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes 2

You won't face any more warnings or detection and you can run the game.
