What is this even? A software, that helps you to operate your forces? I wanna have it.
^ I have a feeling you don't know what macros are
I have never seen a game stop the use of macros... because they can't.
I've also made the tactical map key into a macro worked great Edit: but i just bind it didn't really see a need for duration and i Bind it to my mouse. Works best when playing with USF.

So far my only complaint has been turning off the scripts. Other then that its been a big help
Starcraft 2, as it is considered cheating.
Thankfully there's nothing to gain from macros in CoH though. Building queues are largely irrelevent and tactial inputs are highly situational.
