Can't win Ouren?

I've been playing AA and every time I hit Ouren, the commander sounds retreat half way through. Something about not having enough men. I've played it with every company. This ast time I held both bridges and had 80% strength. But he still called a retreat and it was a defeat. WTF?

you need to go help him if i remember correctly. send ur units to kill enemy units on ur side

So instead of just dig in at the bridges you have to hunt and destroy?

Yes, the AI army in the North will constantly get suppressed and take losses until you push through, then they will spawn some Shermans and hopefully get through. (You can cheat this by rushing a unit to trigger the Sherman spawn. Drop a paratrooper somewhere near their lines)

Make sure to bring some AT after you meet up with them.

I got to their position, dug up on the northern bridge and still got this message. Plus AI army seems to be bent on suicide, once I get to the bridge they like run around the entire map looking for trouble....

Basically its like I have zero idea of what to do, how and why...
