CAN'T PLAY MULTIPLAYER!! Help!!

Hello, today I tried to play coh 2 multiplayer but i got a padlock on everything except on custom game. I bought the game with all dlc on 2016. Someone knows how to fix this?? I used to play just custom games but i had played multiplayer too before.

What are your pc specs?

my pc specs are:
AMD FX-8320E Eight core Processor
8,00 gb ram
windows 10 64 bits
Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 TI

The game runs well and as i wrote before i could play online matches but for some reason after this free weekend i couldn't play anymore.
