Save, Load and Restart options LOCKED

I just got the full version of this game, and even bought the DLCs... and yet, when I'm playing in single player Campaign, the 3 options appear to be locked, same with the Load Campaign at the beginning... like if I have a pirate copy or something

before you say anything:
- I know there are some points in which you can't save, I'm not talking about that
- yes. I unchecked the "read only" option BOTH the document's folder and the Steamapp folder
- and yes, I ran the game as Administrator

Which campaign?
Soviet one or Ardenes Assault?
It should be fine for soviet one and AA is separate DLC. Additionally, in AA you are supposed to live with consequences of your actions, no saving and loading whenever you want.

I'm in the second mission of the Soviet campaing...and didn't even had the options in the first mission

This is the fix. You have to go into Big Picture to fix it when you add it!
