Which Sniper is best?

New to the game, which faction sniper is best or are they all the same? Does each faction have a specialty?

edit: ukf sniper can shoot light vehicles and snare all vehicles, but it isn't what sniper stands for. In anti infantry preformance is just the worst

German is fast shooting and get flame round(best anti infantry) . Soviet is also fast shooting and gets flare for vision(best scout). UKF sniper is slow shooting but uses an at rifle that can get crit shots on vehicles and do lite dps vs lite vehicles early. Also has artillary flare(worst at actually sniping but provides extra utility)

This. I actually like the Brit sniper best because I play in team games where vehicles are more prevalent and it's tough to keep snipers alive anyway. So I use it against light vehicles and for the occasional arty strike, then for sniping second.

But pure sniper? Germany.
