Tried it just now and it repopulated my subscription list with latest subs. Tried the refresh and when the refresh button turned from red to black I restarted the game. No luck... BUT... here's my thinking, it's a big list so I'm going to set it to run overnight because I have c****y rural internet. Other than that it's got to be a share (.dll) file that lets the game read the workshop list so I'm going to see if I can track that down.
