Killing a jagdtiger 1 on 1, possible?

Yesterday I was having my coh2 match of the day, I got the isu 152 heavy tank, the other guy got the jagdtiger.

Thing is the isu could barely penetrate it frontaly (im talking half the shots actually penetrating the hull and doing any damage) vs the jagdtiget getting penetrations very shot. Also the isu does 1/3 of the damage the tiger does, taking the isu 5 shoots to destroy a jagdtiger vs the jagdtiger getting the job done in 3. Both of them also have explosive rounds to deal with infantry, the isu is faster I belive (on the move of course) but the jagd shoots a bit faster

there is no allied tank capable of 1v1ing axis super heavies, they must be flanked

Even a T-70 can 1v1 a Jagdtiger, just flank it.

I once killed a Jagtiger with an AEC. No turret + no support will do that.

Comparing the ISU 152 and Jagtiger, I would say the 152 is far better at AI. The Jagtiger HE shells are not very effective. The Jagtiger should be a bit better in the AT role, as it costs more than the 152.

It's an infantry and tank killer but always keep it away, dont use it as a heavy frontline tank like the IS 2

To pressure infantry from 70 range and get the AT firepower of an SU-85 in a different reload speed / damage ratio on top.

Heavy Assault Gun. It hurts both infantry and vehicles.

use a t-70 and drive circles around it after having conscripts bust up its engine with the little sticky bomb things they have.
