Blizzard Always?
Is there a way while playing in skirmish to turn on a blizzard for the whole match? A mod or something?

Hmm, I don't see that option. I see Cold Tech but it only gives me "Scenario Settings" or "Disabled".

I believe scenario settings turns blizzards on for those specific maps

Sadly, no. You can enable blizzard in option, as it come in with cold tech.
It's not fun with you literally have to build campfire everywhere to keep the soldier from freezing. Interesting mechanic nonetheless.

Sorta like that. The winter maps tend to(won't confirm always as I'm not sure) have whiter tone mini-map background on the map selection or literally stated on the name.

Yeah, I was looking for a way to have a constant never ending blizzard for the whole match instead of the intermittent ones. I like it, creates an extra layer of difficulty.
