They do. They don't change the value shown on the point itself, but your resources do increase when you deploy the truck on a strategic point.

The truck doesn't effect the economies of your allies, if you're in a team game.

MP point only exists in CoH1

CoH2 doesn't have manpower sectors, those are standard resource sectors that provide some fuel and munitions. Opel Blitz will work on them and unlike caches, will increase your income of both fuel & munitions from the sector its parked in.

I don'tt hink so but there's no point in spamming opels on normal points. Just use them on fuel or muni points abd build caches on the normal points if you want to go crazy with resources.

There is a build limit of 8 if i remember right

dont think they work on manpower points anymore, im sure they changed MP income to Army size affects the income

That's what I noticed which confused me because I thought Opels worked everywhere
