Mods not appearing.

Hey folks. Long time player here. I get this issue sometimes where I uninstall the game and my list of subscribed mods are still shown on Steam but not in the game when it's redownloaded.

I've tried deleting the mods then resubbing but no luck.

Tips?

If you've already resubbed to the mods, then the best thing to do would be to quit the game, and let Steam download the mods. Once that's done, restart the game and wait a few minutes for it to register every mod and link up with workshop. Shouldn't take more than 5 minures.

I had to do that wait when I got a new PC and installed CoH2 on this rig.

Yea I keep trying this but it's just not working. I checked my folders and there is no mod folder after Company of Heroes 2 file.

There is a mod folder, except it isn't clearly labelled. It shows up as some random jumble of numbers and letters, not unlike an Action Replay cheat code.

That said, I have to ask. Do you have two HDDs?

I found a lot of folders with numbers in C://Steam/Userdata/########/ugc/referenced.

Are these it? If so, where do I put them?

I found this. Not sure how well it would work for you, but it might be a temporary solution until the game decides to wake up and download the mods proper.

Steam does not install the addons/mods/skins/tuning, etc. in the proper place to where they show up and are able to play on the game menu.

Steam does save 'something' with a ton of numbers in another folder that, if I dig long enough through other various folders within, display the .sga file of a skin for instance.

I have placed the .sga file in the folders I had to create:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes 2\WW2\Data\Scenarios\mp

And

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes 2\WW2\Data\Scenarios\sp

This still does not recognize the addon. Thanks so far for your help.
