ETS2 Skinning Issue - Pink/Purple truck parts after applying skin

I am creating a totally new skin from scratch, using "ETS Mod Studio 2".

I am creating layered skins and exporting them through ETS MS2, when in game some aspects of the skin are perfect and work as expected, however some either repeat a part of the skin from a different part of the truck body example grille mask prints on the side skirts or rear of cab wheel arch covers etc

Or if I skin accessories to cover the affected parts like wheel arch covers or skirts for example and select those parts i end up with purple/pink truck body parts, ie. mirrors, sun visors, skirt panels.

Any suggestions what is going wrong or how I can fix this I am at a loss for ideas now.

For the parts that take on the truck skin where they shouldn't you need to use the advanced option in Mods Studio, and make a 16x16 pixel .dds in the colour that you want them.
Or you need to select or deselect alternate template, it's hard to tell from your description of the issue, but i tend to think it's the first one.

For the pink parts that's either a missing tobj, or a missing file the tobj is pointing to, for example the file is in the wrong folder, or none existant.

Thank you I will have to take a look tomorrow now as it is getting a little late here.

I hope your first explanation helps, as for the tobj and pink parts, hmmm i simply add them to the mod studio2 and export the file i dont add or subtract anything from the outputted file (.scs) so I have no idea how to edit check or anything else about the tobj file.


UPDATE: Ok I got a little time free, so took a look at this issue.

RESOLVED: Thanks to Underscore_101_3 for the help. I stopped both problems with the same 16x16 px images for all accessory parts and this also worked for the pink/purple parts too without even trying to resolve that issue at that time but the 16x16 image fixed them both at the same time.
