QWERTZ keyboards and hotkeys

They are not working in the default settings as they should. On a QWERTZ keyboard the place of the buttons Z and Y are switched meaning that when a hotkey is mapped to Z the player manually has to set it to Y in order to get the intended default hotkey placement.

I think these issues could be easily resolved if we'd have hotkey presets in the game for QWERTY and QWERTZ keyboards. By this another long running debate, the "classic or new hotkey system is the best?" could also be closed by allowing the player to select the AoE2 HD or the original default settings.
