Steam Cloud does not sync - 0 bytes saved [SOLVED]
I have installed this game on three different computers, two with Win 7 and one with Win 10, but the game does not sync with Steam Cloud on any of them. If I go to Properties --> Updates and look under Steam Cloud, the option to use the service is checked, but it says 0 bytes saved. Other games sync just fine, so the issue is with this game in particular, and not Steam in general. Any idea on how to fix it? I've tried turning the service on and off, re-installing both the game and Steam, but without any luck.

No one knows of a solution, or has had similar problems?
I just launched the game and got a Steam warning "Steam could not sync your files for AoE II:HD with Steam Cloud", with the option to start the game or cancel.
Any developers that can help? It's only your game that has this problem!

Do note that choosing an old patch means that you cannot play African Kingdoms, and you won't be able to find any multiplayer games!

Same here! Please fix it I need Steamcloud to play the game on another pc!

You mean one of the last patches broke the service?

I'm not sure why I posted this here - I think someone recommended to switch to an old patch (4.3) but later deleted their post, or I accidentally posted in the wrong thread.

In any case, you can switch back to an old patch of this game (e.g. 4.3) where SteamCloud might work, but as that patch is before AK it means you cannot play that, and you can only play MP with players who are on the same patch, which would be very few for anything but the current branch.
