Quickly Remove All Units from Editor?

Hello all! Is there a quick way to erase all units you've placed on a editor map w/o removing buildings, terrain features etc? Thanks for any help!

If you go to the "Map" tab, there is an option Erase. You can choose between erasing units and erasing buildings with different brush sizes. However, you can't choose between players, so going over the map with the eraser will delete all units, not just the ones of a particular player.
