Player 2 AI script error

[Pitch]

I have AOE2 HD with all extensions up to rise of the rajas (not DE though)
I haven't played in a little while and when i tried to start a campaign today i get a message error when i try to start any campaign of the game that says
Player 2 AI Script Error
Failed to resolve ai file name: Fe immobile AI
(differnet name for each campaign this is for Le Loi 2)
Standard games seems to work fine though
I tried to verify the integrity 3 times and reinstall with no success
Please help i don't know what to do anymore
Edit: there are crash files but i don't know what to do with them, i found people asking about this problem since 2017 but couldn't find any solution

Same problem here, the only campaign that works for me is William Wallace quest 2, funny, i wanted to end the expacs this weekend xd

Yeah nice support, this problem is known for years now and devs don't give a s***, nice to pay for a game that i can't play, if i was in us i would sue them

i know its been 2 years, but opening steam with admin rights seems to have solved the problem for me. hope it helps.
